Absolutely not. Credit cards are processed using Stripe on their secured system. We do not capture or hold these details at kybaldwin.com

Printful EU factory will distribute to the below countries. Items may be delivered separately. eg. Caps will be sent in a different package to hoodies to retain their shape. CDs will come straight from Ky Baldwin as a separate order also.

As this is a print on demand service any change of minds or incorrect size selections can not be returned or refunded. However, if your product received is misprinted/damaged/defective please e-mail sally@kybaldwin.com immediately. Printful allow up to 30 days to make a claim for a reprint or refund.

I am so sorry you received the wrong item, please e-mail a photo (with the label clearly recognizable – if it’s a sizing error) to sally@kybaldwin.com to correct this error.

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please take a photo of your damaged item and send to sally@kybaldwin.com. We will then aim to have it replaced immediately.
